The automatic e-liquid bottle-filling capping machine is mainly designed for small plastic or glass bottles and is suitable for filling liquids like e-liquid, eye drops, electronic cigarettes, nail polish, eye shadow, essential oil, and so on. The e-liquid filling machine adopts the peristaltic pump or piston pump metering with a filling range of 0-120ml, and high precision.

PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine. It can finish unscrambling the bottle, filling, pressing the inner plug, screwing the outer capping, and labeling automatically. No bottle no filling and no capping. If there is no plug in the bottle, it must not cap until having been detected plug is in the bottle.

High position accuracy, stable driving, precise dosage, and simple operation also protect bottle caps.
